June 7th, 2012, the Department of Construction of Bac Giang Province has organized the evaluation conference of detailed planning 1/500 for KOSY New Urban Area Project in Bac Giang city. Attending meetings are the leaders and the professional officers of the Departments of Construction, Planning and Investment, Transport, Industry and Trade, Resources and Environment, Agriculture and Rural Development; the People’s Committee of Bac Giang City; the People’s Committee of Xuong Giang commune. The representatives of KOSY Joint Stock Company attended the meeting were: Mr. Nguyen Duc Diep – Vice General Director and a number of leaders and experts of KOSY Joint Stock Company; The consultant’s representative attended the meeting.

The conference listened to the representatives of KOSY Joint Stock Company and the Consultant introducing the detailed planning 1/500 KOSY – Bac Giang Urban Project (the planning was amended after consultation of the people and standing leaders: City Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and the Specialised Departments and Divisions of Bac Giang City); the candid opinions of the participants, the conference are agreed:

– Detailed planning of KOSY – Bac Giang Area Project, Bac Giang Province is consistent with the general development policy, planning and overall improvement of the province. This is a green, clean, beautiful new urban area, with comprehensive technical infrastructure, creating an environment for living and working. The urban area converges full advantages accordance with the wishes of users, contributes to a new face of Bac Giang city, soon upgrades the city as the second grade metropolitan in 2015.

 – The basic criteria of the scheme in accordance with the detailed construction planning tasks of KOSY new urban area in Bac Giang approved.

– The Conference appreciated and agreed with the planning, KOSY Joint Stock Company should complete documents for the Department of Construction to submit to the People’s Committee of Bac Giang to approve the detailed planning 1/500 for KOSY new urban area project in Bac Giang City, Bac Giang province.
