In particular, in 2017, although the official report, as recorded from the results of the first nine months of the year, the number of profits was approximately the whole of 2016, while the last quarter of the new year was the time that Kosy finalized most profitably when many projects were completed and handed over to cutsomers.

Shared with Real Estate Investment, Chairman of Kosy Group, Nguyen Viet Cuong said that the niche market was the provinces, may not be as exciting as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City or Da Nang, but the local leaders were very interested and willing to create favorable mechanisms for businesses to invest, even facilitate many favorable conditions for businesses. Especially, in recent years, Lao Cai, Bac Giang or Thai Nguyen have a very fast urbanization, so advantage of the Kosy Group in investment in the above is high .

It can say that at the starting, Kosy Lao Cai project was considered as a suburban area without many interests. However, when commencing the project, the city has spread to the suburbs and now the project is located in the center of the city, becoming one of the most notable projects in the Lao Cai real estate market.

After a series of successes and a solid financial foundation, at the end of 2017, Kosy Group officially formalized its strategy by listing 41.5 million shares of the Kosy JSC. (the largest enterprise in the chain of nine members of the Kosy Group) on UPCoM.

The purpose of listing is to mobilize long-term capital and bring the Kosy Group brand closer to the public investors and customers. This will be the starting step for Kosy to officially list on two large stock exchange such as HOSE and HNX or one when the two exchanges are expected to unify for the second quarter 2018.

This is a necessary step, because according to the management of Kosy Group, although foreign capital flows are very interested in real estate stocks, especially those with high growth rates and long term potential , but they are also very difficult investors, and should look at the professionalism of the business, both in information disclosure and in the way of operation and management model to make their decisions.
