Kosy Bac Lieu Wind Power Joint Stock Company has just signed a credit financing contract for the Kosy Bac Lieu Wind Power Plant project – phase 1 with Agribank in Transaction Office and Agribank in Tay Ho Branch.

The event of signing a credit contract between Kosy Bac Lieu Wind Power Joint Stock Company – a member of Kosy Group and Agribank marked an important step forward, affirming the capacity and prestige of Kosy Group, ensuring financial resources for the project to deploy, towards the goal of bringing the Kosy Bac Lieu Wind Power Plant to generate electricity and connect to the national grid before October 30, 2021.

Kosy Bac Lieu Wind Power Plant Project has a total capacity of over 200 MW, an area of about 6,600 hectares, located in Hoa Binh district, Bac Lieu province, by Kosy Bac Lieu Wind Power Joint Stock Company – a member of the Kosy Group.

Phase 1 of the project, approved by the Prime Minister and added to the power plan VII, has a capacity of 40 MW, with a total investment of 1,600 billion VND. Once completed and generated, the plant will provide an average wind power output of about 115 million kWh/year, contributing to ensuring energy security and promoting socio-economic development.

The project was started in early October 2020 and was built day and night. During the last Lunar New Year, the Project Management Board and contractors worked during Tet, without holidays to race with the progress. After 5 months of extremely urgent construction, up to now, the project has completed a large amount of work, exceeding the original plan. The construction for the path and internal roads has been completed, enough conditions to transport machinery and equipment to the turbine foundations.

Massive pile driving, concrete foundation turbine is urgently deployed. Along with that, is the construction of substations, lines, operation management area… Goldwind International has delivered 9 sets of turbine foundation bolts to the construction site and is being installed, turbines are also installed. is committed by the company to deliver the goods in accordance with the contract agreement. With this progress, the plant will generate commercial power and connect to the national grid before October 30, 2021.
