Dự Kosy City Beat Thai Nguyen Project  

As a key project of the Group in “Tea land”, well planned and invested, Kosy City Beat Thai Nguyen is an attractive project for real estate investors in Thai Nguyen and surrounding areas in the first six months of the year. On the construction site, construction speed is accelerated day by day, the shape of livable urban area has begun to take shape. 

By the end of June 2021, the project will complete the rough construction of 16 of 26 sample apartments, and simultaneously construct many common landscape items such as project gates, sidewalks, electricity, water, telecommunications, etc. At the gate of the project, the PMU has completed about 80% of the reinforced concrete core. It is expected that in July, concrete panels will be installed and the gate will be decorated with mica panels and decorative electricity. The sidewalk part has been completed with stone curbs, underground technical systems on the sidewalk include electricity supply, water supply, telecommunications, and lighting in about 85% of the site area.

In the next month, the project will complete the remaining system of paved concrete pavement, install lighting poles and plant trees; construction of asphalt concrete mats for route 36m and some 15m routes; complete the ground leveling plots that already have the ground; construction of the detention reservoir… The goal is that by December 31, 2021, the technical infrastructure construction of the project will be basically completed.

Kosy Eden Bac Giang project 

Due to the impact of the epidemic, many projects in Bac Giang had to be “immobilized” under the order of social distancing. The 35-day social distancing makes the Kosy Eden project site in Bac Giang also suffer from the same effects: Lack of construction materials, lack of workers, limited travel and movement…

Overcoming many difficulties, some items of the project are still guaranteed. Currently, Kosy Eden Bac Giang project is completing the rough construction of 10 model apartments. The general landscape area of the project is completing the paving of the walkway, planting trees for about 80% of the area, it is expected that by the end of August 2021, all kinds of landscape trees will be planted. Park items along the railway line, corrugated iron fence along Line 9 will basically be completed in early July. Item of the basic project portal has been completed.

Kosy Ha Nam urban area project 

Possessing a prime location “first, near the city – second, near the river – third, near the street”, the Kosy Ha Nam urban area project has a total area of 22.9 hectares, located on National Highway 38, in the territory of Duy Tien town, Ha Nam province. The project is 600 m from National Road 1A, 2 km from Cau Gie – Ninh Binh highway, surrounded by industrial zones of Dong Van II, Dong Van III, Dong Van IV and Song Nhue dike. 

With the target of starting the project in the third quarter of 2021, in June 2021, the project will be able to concentrate maximum resources to prioritize site clearance. Up to now, Kosy Ha Nam urban area project is entering phase 3 of site clearance and land handover. The total number of households that have received land clearance money is 140/216 households. It is expected that the site clearance work of the project will be completed before August 30, 2021.

Kosy Ninh Binh Urban Area Project

As one of the key projects of Kosy Group in 2021, Kosy Ninh Binh urban area project has a scale of 40.7 hectares, located in Ninh Nhat commune, Ninh Binh city and Ninh My commune, Hoa Lu district. The project is expected to start construction in the third quarter of 2021.

Currently, the clearance of the first phase of the project has been completed, the second phase will take place in early July and the PMU will try to complete 80% of the site clearance work by August 30, 2021.

Kosy Riverside Lao Cai Urban Area Project

Kosy Riverside Lao Cai urban area project has an area of 39.6 hectares, located in Lao Cai city, Lao Cai province. The project is expected to start construction in the fourth quarter of 2021.

Up to the present time, the mapping and mapping work of the Kosy Riverside project has been basically completed. Accordingly, the Statistical Working Group of the PMU prioritizes the stabilization and resettlement of people whose land area is in the planning, the total statistical resettlement area is 5.5 ha. In early July 2021, the PMU will make prepayment of 2.5 hectares, the remaining area will be paid in installments, expected to be completed before August 30, 2021.
