September 11th, 2014, the Department of Construction and Services/Departments/ Organisations; Office of the People’s Committee of Bac Giang province, the People’s Committee of Bac Giang city and KOSY Joint Stock Company held the Conference of the project document evaluation to suggest the Chairman of the People’s Committee of the Province to approve the investment plan of Kosy New Urban Area project, Xuong Giang Ward, Bac Giang city, Bac Giang province.

Before: July 25th, 2012, the People’s Committee of Bac Giang province has approved the detailed construction planning (1/500); April 11th, 2013, the People’s Committee of Bac Giang province decided to choose KOSY Joint Stock Company as the Investor for Kosy New Urban Area Project.

Attending the meeting: Mr. Trinh Quang Hung – Vice Director of Department of Construction of Bac Giang province, Mr. Nguyen Cuong – Vice Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Phuong – Vice Director of the Department of Finance, Mr. Dao Xuan Cuong – Vice Director of the Department of Trade and Industry and the representatives of the Department/Departments/Organisations, Office of the People’s Committee of Bac Giang province and the People’s Committee of Bac Giang City. The representatives of KOSY Joint Stock Company are Mr. Nguyen Duc Diep – Standing Vice General Director and some leaders, staff and the Consultant attended the meeting.

After listening to the investor and the consultant presentating the Project content and the comments of the delegates attending the conference, Mr. Trinh Quang Hung – Vice Director of the Department of Construction of Bac Giang province concluded: Though the real estate market suffered difficulties in the past time, KOSY Joint Stock Company has been very active, determined to implement the project. The project was to create a new urban area in a sync, modern infrastructure with good services for people’s lives; the high quality housing fund is formed to accelerate the pace of urbanization, ensure economic efficiency and social performance, contribute to the sustainable development of the region and Bac Giang province in general.

The conference appreciated KOSY Joint Stock Company’s capacity to carry out the project, unanimously recommended the Chairman of the People’s Committee of Bac Giang province to approve the investment plan of Kosy new urban area project in Xuong Giang Ward, Bac Giang City, Bac Giang province; The conference also suggested KOSY Joint Stock Company to promptly get ready to commence the construction of the project.
