Kosy Group appoints 04 Deputy General Directors

Kosy Group conducted a ceremony on March 1, 2022, to announce the decision to designate 04 Deputy General Directors in charge of Finance, Business, Renewable Energy, Human Resource Administration, Office in order to address Kosy Group’s development demands in the coming period.

The period 2021 – 2030 is identified as the “golden period” of growth and development of Kosy Group in many fields. By 2025, Kosy Group will be in the Top 10 largest private groups in Vietnam in the field of real estate and renewable energy. Kosy Group focuses on growing human resources, particularly senior employees, in order to achieve the stated goals. Human resources play a critical role in realizing breakthrough and long-term development goals and strategies.

The appointment of 04 heads of departments to the roles of Deputy General Director exemplifies the Kosy Group’s approach of valuing and elevating internal resources. At the same time, this is the Executive Board’s acknowledgement and evaluation of the staff’s contributions to the Group’s working process.

Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Tien Nam, Chief Financial Officer was appointed as Deputy General Director in charge of Finance. Mr. Nam was born in 1978, has over 20 years of experience in Finance and Accounting. According to the Decision, Mr. Nam is responsible for managing the Finance Department, Accounting Department, and Securities Department.

Mr. Luong Quoc Hung, Head of Hydropower Project Management Department was appointed as Deputy General Director in charge of Renewable Energy. Mr. Hung was born in 1976, has over 20 years of experience in the management of hydropower projects. According to the Decision, Mr. Hung is responsible for managing the Renewable Energy Department and a number of Hydropower and Renewable Energy Project Management Units of Kosy Group.

Ms. Ha Thi Thu Thuy, Head of Human Resources Administration Department was appointed to the position of Deputy General Director in charge of Human Resources, Administration and Office Division. Ms. Thuy was born in 1978, has over 15 years of management experience in the field of Human Resources Administration. According to the Decision, Ms. Thuy is responsible for managing the Human Resources Department, the Administration Department, etc.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Sinh, Head of Procedures – Customer Care – Debts Department was appointed as Deputy General Director in charge of Business. Ms. Sinh was born in 1978, has over 15 years of experience in the real estate business. According to the Decision, Ms. Sinh is in charge of managing the following departments: Sales Department, Marketing Department, Customer Care Procedures – Debts Department.

When the new Deputy General Directors were handed a new role at Kosy Group, they expressed their delight, pledging to use their abilities and experience to join the Executive Board and employees in their commitment to help Kosy Group expand.

Thus, the current management apparatus of Kosy Group includes: President and General  Director – Mr. Nguyen Viet Cuong, Vice President – Ms. Nguyen Thi Hang and 10 Deputy General Directors in charge of different fields: Mr. Nguyen Duc Diep – Standing Deputy General Director; Mr. Nguyen Viet Thung – Deputy General Director in charge of Project Development; Mr. Do Quoc Viet – Deputy General Director in charge of Engineering and Real Estate Project Management Units; Mr. Nguyen Duc Doanh – Deputy General Director in charge of operating power plants of the Group; Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao – Deputy General Director in charge of the Northwest region; Mr. Ha Sy Dinh – Deputy General Director in charge of Hydropower projects; Mr. Luong Quoc Hung – Deputy General Director in charge of Renewable Energy; Mr. Nguyen Tien Nam – Deputy General Director in charge of Finance; Ms. Nguyen Thi Sinh – Deputy General Director in charge of Business; Ms. Ha Thi Thu Thuy – Deputy General Director in charge of Human Resources, Administration and Office Division.

Overcoming the pandemic’s obstacles, Kosy Group made a mark on the market in 2021 by launching two energy projects, the Kosy Bac Lieu Wind Power Project (40.5 MW) and the Nam Pac Hydropower Project (34 MW), both of which were completed, officially operated, and connected to the national grid. In addition, two new hydropower projects, Muong Tung (Dien Bien) and Pa Vay Su (Lai Chau), with a combined capacity of 82.5 MW and a total investment of VND2,800 billion, are currently being implemented, constructed, and will be operational by December 31, 2023. In the real estate industry, many of the Group’s potential projects will be available for purchase in 2022, including: Kosy Lita Ha Nam, Kosy Riverside Lao Cai, Kosy Ninh Binh, Kosy Bac Lieu urban area, Kosy Quang Binh urban area. These are all projects with prime locations, well planned. This year, the Kosy Group began work on a number of real estate projects in the provinces of Ha Tinh, Bac Lieu, Thai Nguyen, Phu Tho, Bac Giang, and others. In addition, the Group is simultaneously developing a number of new real estate and renewable energy projects in a number of provinces in the North, Central, South, and Central Highlands, with construction set to begin in the next years. The appointment of 04 Deputy General Directors of the Group and the consolidation of the Executive Board will aid Kosy Group in achieving its objectives in the near future.
