This is the second Kosy Group’s project which is officially distributed by Danko Group, after the successful cooperation in distribution of Kosy Lao Cai urban area project. This shows the close and extensive cooperation as well as the high appreciation for potential and capabilities of both parties.

In the spirit of long-term cooperation, Danko Group has shown the effectiveness of a professional distribution channel when promoting the liquidity of Kosy Lao Cai urban area project right after the official cooperation in distribution of products of the project. This is also the reason for Kosy Group and Danko Group to take a further step in the strategic cooperation agreement between the two parties through Danko Group officially distributing another product of Kosy Group which is Kosy Song Cong urban area project.

Currently, in Thai Nguyen market, Kosy Group has invested in and developed two real estate projects namely Kosy Song Cong urban area in Song Cong city and Kosy Gia Sang urban area in Thai Nguyen city. In particular, Kosy Song Cong urban area is currently the product highly welcomed by customers since besides the attraction of scientific and modern planning with synchronized urban infrastructure, low construction density combined with public facilities, landscapes and trees being distributed harmoniously, Kosy Song Cong urban area project is one of the few projects in Thai Nguyen that fully satisfies the legal procedures and hands over valid certificates of land use right to customers. So far, Kosy Group has handed over 200 certificates of land use right to its customers in the project.
