The road has the total length of about 2.6 km with the total investment of nearly 200 billion VND.

Based on the proposal of the approved project, the People’s Committee of Nghe An province assigned Kosy Group to coordinate with the People’s Committee of Vinh City together with the functional agencies in preparing feasibility study report for BT road project and formulating 1/500-scale planning of reciprocal urban area project to be submitted to the departments for appraisal and to the provincial People’s Committee for consideration and approval.

The reciprocal land fund for the implementation of this project covers an area of about 59 ha in Dong Vinh ward, Vinh city, Nghe An province – a dynamically developing area of Vinh City for the implementation of the new urban area project, meeting the increasing demand of local people when Vinh city is planned by the government to become the economic and cultural center of the North Central.

With the prestige and experience gained from the successful implementation of many large urban projects in many provinces and cities in the country such as Lao Cai, Thai Nguyen, Bac Giang, etc. together with the development of many other projects in Hanoi, Sapa, Thai Binh, Ha Nam, Ninh Binh, etc., Kosy Group has been trusted by the People’s Committee of Nghe An province and departments and given approval for the proposal to execute BT project named Construction of QH24m road and the western ring road of Vinh city. The construction of this BT road will create a connection between the existing residential area and satellite urban areas in accordance with the development plan of Vinh City in the future and at the same time create a balance of traffic flow, form a complete road network, promote the socio-economic development of the whole western region of Vinh city.
