Date 01/10/2018

The plant has a total capacity of 34MW deployed with a total investment of about 1,100 billion. The goal of 2.5 years is to generate electricity and to integrate into the national grid with an average output of 120 million kWh per year.

As a result, in addition to the key real estate sector of cycle features, Kosy Group is actively investing in hydro and renewable energy with the aim of creating a stable cash flow to ensure the Group’s normal operations in difficult times of the economy and contributes to the country’s electricity supply (it is forecasted that by 2030, Vietnam’s electricity consumption will be 506 billion kWh, about 3 times now 170 billion kWh).

Especially, because of being built in remote areas such as Nam Xe and Sin Sui Ho communes in Phong Tho district, Lai Chau province, when coming into operation, the Nam Cam hydropower plant will serve effectively the production and consumption of people, improvement of people’s lives and creation of jobs for local laborers.
