On 05/4/2012, a meeting between the People’s Committee of Xuong Giang commune, Bac Giang city, Bac Giang province together with KOSY JSC and consulting unit – Dong Do Architectural Consulting and Construction JSC and local people in Xuong Giang commune was held to ask opinions about the detailed planning (scale 1/500) on KOSY new urban area in Bac Giang city.

The meeting had participation of representatives of the Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, Vietnamese Fatherland Front and departments and local people of Xuong Giang commune. Representatives of KOSY JSC consisted of Mr. Nguyen The Hung – Vice Chairman of the BOM, Mr. Nguyen Duc Diep – Deputy General Director, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Vu – Deputy General Director and some leaders and specialists. Besides, representative of the Consultant joined the meeting.             

After listening to the detailed planning (scale 1/500) on KOSY – Bac Giang Urban Area introduced by the representatives of KOSY JSC and consulting unit and frank opinions from local people, the following contents were agreed at the meeting:

– The detailed planning on KOSY Urban Area in Xuong Giang commune, Bac Giang city, Bac Giang province is in conformity with general socio-economic development plan of the province and city as well as the locality’s development orientation. This is a green, clean and beautiful urban area with synchronous and complete technical infrastructure and modern and luxurious architectural works including shopping center, public works (kindergarten, health center, amusement area and car park …) and housing works surrounded by the green tree campuses to create convenient living and working environment in line with the users’ desire.

– Basic criteria regarding land use and infrastructure in the scheme in line with the detailed planning on KOSY new urban area in Bac Giang province was approved by the Chairman of the People’s Committee of Bac Giang province.

– The detailed planning (scale 1/500) on KOSY new urban area in Xuong Giang commune, Bac Giang City, Bac Giang province was agreed and KOSY JSC was requested to early submit this planning to the competent authorities for approval.
