GENERAL INTRODUCTION

Song Cong urban area was built according to the criteria of taking green space and regulating lake as a highlight, bringing a fresh and quiet atmosphere, a feeling of relaxation and peace for the owner, completely separating from the noisy city. With a belt in the open street, a system of green trees and mini-parks covering the urban area and opposite the park, the outer belt is the adjacent houses and villas.

Moreover, the project is also scientifically planned with separated functional areas to maximize the needs of project residents such as: housing, services, commerce, education, culture – sports, entertainment areas and a number of public works at urban and regional levels. PROJECT LOCATION

Song Cong is an industrial city, the economic, administrative, cultural and social center in the South of Thai Nguyen province; is an important traffic and exchange hub for socio-economic development of the Northeast region of Vietnam. The city is in the process of promoting infrastructure construction of new urban areas, administrative areas of communes and wards and will be upgraded to a city in 2015.

Kosy Song Cong – Thai Nguyen is located in the leading prime location of Song Cong City:

• To the North, it is 40m from the center of Thang Loi street and adjacent to residential area Lot 1 Thang Loi street;
• To the South, it borders the existing residential area;
• To the East, it borders on the western subdivision road of Song Cong High School and residential area;
• To the West, it borders the existing residential area and productive land.

Kosy Song Cong – Thai Nguyen is very close to the center for: Administration, Trade, Culture… of the City; 15 km from Thai Nguyen city to the south, 10 km from Samsung Factory – Thai Nguyen and about 20 km from Nui Coc Lake tourist area. This place is planned to develop into a green, clean and beautiful urban area, creating a housing fund with full synchronous technical infrastructure, where residents can choose their dream houses.
