As a multidisciplinary business enterprise, Kosy JSC has operated in 4 main business lines of real estate, construction, mineral exploitation and processing and education and training. For past time, the real estate market has faced with difficulties but it is potential and has developed strongly in future. At present, the company is completing legal procedures and deploying construction of urban areas in some provinces/ cities.

In Bac Giang, the company was assigned as an investment owner by the People’s Committee of Bac Giang province to formulate a detailed construction planning (1/500) on Kosy – Bac Giang Urban Area in Bac Giang province and on 25/7/2012, the Chairperson of the People’s Committee of Bac Giang province introduced Decision No.987/QD-UBND approving the planning and decided to establish an expert team assisting the Chairperson in selecting the investment owner for Kosy – Bac Giang urban area project.

On 27/03/2013, a capacity assessment seminar in investment – construction implementation of the company was held by an expert team assisting the Chairperson of the People’s Committee of Bac Giang province. Participants in the seminar are leaders and experts of the People’s Committee of Bac Giang province, the Department of Construction, the Department of Finance, the Department of Planning and Investment and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. The company has Mr. Nguyen Duc Diep – Standing Deputy General Director, Mrs. Khuat Thi Hanh – Chief Accountant and some technicians and specialists.

The seminar was to highly appreciate human resource, financial position, machinery and equipment system and experience in project implementation of Kosy JSC. The seminar agreed that the company had sufficient qualifications and experiences to implement the project and it was one of the exellent unit in investment of real estate projects in Bac Giang City.

The seminar agreed with the Chairperson’s proposal to assign Kosy JSC as an investment owner for Kosy – Bac Giang urban area project in Bac Giang City, Bac Giang province.
