KOSY Joint Stock Company has selected and signed with 8 ARCHITECTS CONSORTIUM SL – Spain on the detailed planning for the urban zone in Lao Cia city. Under the contract, 8 ARCHITECTS CONSORTIUM SL will undertake to the detailed planning on urban zone in Lao Cai city and Kosy Company is investment owner.

After actual survey carried out by 2 companies and preliminary plan proposed, on 26/11/2010, a consultant contract was signed by  Mr. Julio Martin – Engineer/ CEO of 8 ARCHITECTS CONSORTIUM SL and Mr. Pham Sac Long – Deputy General Director of KOSY Company 

The urban zone has its area of 50ha. Under the preliminary plan, the investment owner will open a 50m-wide main road to the urban zone, besides 6 other connection roads. About 1/3 land fund will be used for constructing adjacent houses and a majority of the land fund will be designed for garden villas with each area of 300m2 – 2,000m2 to serve for diversified demand of the people.
