February 27th, 2014, the People’s Committee of Lao Cai City held a Conference on clearance plan of the works in Lao Cai city in 2014, KOSY Joint Stock Company attended the conference and agreed with the clearance method for Kosy -Lao Cai Urban Area Project (new Urban Area Project – urban sub-area no. 17, the new urban area of Lao Cai – Cam Duong). This is one of the important projects in Lao Ca city invested by Kosy Joint Stock Company.

Attending the meeting are Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Khai – Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Lao Cai city; Leaders of the specialized units of the City: Compensation & Resettlement Council, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Center for Land Development and Leaders of The People’s Committees of: Binh Minh Ward, Bac Lenh Ward (the local representatives where Kosy – Lao Cai Urban Project is deployed) and other relevant units.

At the conference, leaders of Kosy Joint Stock Company has presented the clearance plan for Kosy – Lao Cai Urban Project from now until the end of June, 2014; and scheduled the progress, funds to carry out the clearance.

Leaders of The People’s Committee of Lao Cai City and the Specialized Departments/Divisions of the city agreed to coordinate with KOSY Joint Stock Company to accelerate the clearance for the project and assigned People’s Committees of: Binh Minh ward, Bac Lenh ward to actively coordinate with the Investor to carry out the clearance.

KOSY Joint Stock Company determined implementation of the clearance and implementation of the project under the set plan.
