With a view to sustainable development to become a global economic group, the company must build up a solid foundation to ensure its activities according to the legal framework. On 18/3/2011 Kosy JSC signed the long-term legal consulting contract with two legal consulting organizations – Pham Hong Hai Law Firm and Kosy Law Co., Ltd.

(1) Signing the long-term legal consulting contract with Pham Hong Hai Law:

Pham Hong Hai Law Firm has the top lawyers of Vietnam who are trained intensively and have knowledge about legal matters. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lawyer Pham Hong Hai is Director of Pham Hong Hai Law Firm.

M.A Nguyen Viet Cuong – Chairman/ CEO of Kosy JSC and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lawyer Pham Hong Hai – Director of Pham Hong Hai Law Firm – Vice Chairman of Vietnam Bar Federation.

Under contents of the contract signed between Kosy JSC and Pham Hong Hai Law Firm, Pham Hong Hai Law Firm takes responsibility for regularly consulting legal matters in running business activities and preparing civil, economic and commercial and employment contracts of Kosy JSC.

(2) Signing the long-term legal consulting contract with Kosy Law Co., Ltd:

On the same day, a legal services contract was signed between Kosy JSC and Kosy Law Co., Ltd at the Head Office. Under contents of the signed contract, Kosy Law Co., Ltd takes responsibility for regularly consulting legal matters in running business activities of Kosy JSC.
