The local authority has Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Khai – Vice Chairman of Lao Cai City People’s Committee; Representatives from the Department of Construction, the Department of Natural Resources & Environment, other departments of Lao Cai Lao province, People’s Committee of Binh Minh Ward, People’s Committee of Bac Lenh Ward and Lao Cai City Television.

According to the detailed planning approved by the People’s Committee of Lao Cai province, Kosy – Lao Cai Urban has an area of 38 ha, located in Binh Minh Ward and Bac Lenh Ward, Lao Cai City with all functional areas, public works and social facilities, ensuring requirements and criteria to serve for housing demand and improve living standard of local people in the project area. This is a base for pushing up economic development of Lao Cai City in particular and Lao Cai Province in general.

In the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Khai – Vice Chairman of Lao Cai City People’s Committee highly appreciated potentiality of the project, showed his trust in the Investment Owner (Kosy JSC) and promised to create all best conditions for Kosy JSC to complete the project as scheduled.

In respond to trust of Lao Cai City People’s Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Chinh – Deputy General Director, on behalf of Kosy JSC, sincerely thanked Lao Cai City People’s Committee, Binh Minh Ward People’s Committee and Bac Lenh Ward People’s Committee as well as high consensus of all local people in the project area and promised to carry out the project in line with procedures of basic construction investment, meeting technical requirements and ensuring the schedule of the project. Right after announcement of the detailed planning, Kosy JSC will coordinate with Lao Cai City People’s Committee and local authority to implement land clearance in the first phase, expect to construct in 3 next months and complete infrastructure of the first phase for 2 next years.

The meeting ended in high consensus of local people. This is a great advantage to implement the project and this is an extra successful project of Kosy JSC.
