Kosy Group formulates planning of two sides of Truong Chinh road, Viet Tri city, Phu Tho Province
As part of the master plan of Viet Tri city up to 2030 approved by the Prime Minister in the Decision No. 1214/QD-TTg dated 30 July 2015, the zoning planning of the two sides of Truong Chinh road contributes to the transformation of the North-South economic corridor from the transport corridor into a comprehensive economic corridor.
With the prestige and experience gained from the successful implementation of many large urban projects in many provinces and cities in the country such as Lao Cai, Thai Nguyen, Bac Giang, etc. together with the development of many other projects in Hanoi, Sapa, Vinh (Nghe An), Thai Binh, Ha Nam, Ninh Binh, etc., Kosy Group has been trusted by the People’s Committees of Phu Tho province, Viet Tri city and departments and assigned to formulate zoning planning of the two sides of Truong Chinh road. This is one of the three key roads connecting Noi Bai – Lao Cai highway to Hung Vuong avenue – an arterial route connecting the two ends of the city, leading to the historic Hung Temple, contributing to the early presence of a tourist city with festivals towards the roots of Vietnamese people.
In addition, with the vision and aspiration to contribute to urban development in Phu Tho, Kosy Group has selected a South Korean partner – a prestigious and experienced foreign consultant to formulate zoning planning in order to optimize the planning scheme and ensure the beautiful, modern and practical planning, contributing to forming the synchronous subzones right at the gateway of Hung King land in the future.
As one of the central cities and an important driving force for the development of the Northern midland and mountainous areas, Viet Tri City is a North-western counterweight urban area in the multipolar development model of the Capital region as well as the city with festivals towards the roots of Vietnamese people associated with typical ecotourism of the Northwest.
Kosy Group’s planning of the two sides of Truong Chinh road will create a vibrant development area, leading to sharply increasing demand for housing, services and trade. These are the first preparatory steps towards meeting the rapidly growing demand for urban development in Viet Tri city in the near future.
