A series of activities “Kosy people for the community” in epidemic

Following the annual respectable giving showing the “Kosy people for the community” culture, during the past time, especially in the context of the complicated development of the Covid-19 epidemic, Kosy Group has carried out many activities of joining hands to fight the pandemic as well as other meaningful programs in the provinces.

Kosy Group donates 3 billion VND to Vietnam Covid-19 Vaccine Fund

Responding to the movement of socializing funds to buy Covid-19 vaccines that are spreading strongly in the community, on May 27, 2021, Kosy Group donated VND 3 billion to the Vietnam Covid-19 Vaccine Fund.

At the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hang, Vice President of Kosy Group presented the sponsorship of Kosy Group to Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Long – Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Health.

Nguyen Thi Hang shared: “The Covid-19 pandemic is breaking out strongly in the country and around the world. To meet the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, it is really urgent to buy vaccines and deploy vaccination on a large scale for the entire population. As an enterprise that upholds social responsibility, Kosy Group wishes to join hands and support the Government to have more funds to buy vaccines, quickly implement mass vaccination for Vietnamese people, to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic, people’s lives will return to normal.”

Donation to Bac Giang province 520 million VND for prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic

Facing the situation of Covid-19 cases in Bac Giang increasing “dizzy” in recent days, Kosy Group has supported 500 million VND, joining hands with Bac Giang province to prevent the epidemic.

The situation of Covid-19 epidemic in Bac Giang is forecasted to continue to be complicated and unpredictable, requiring the province to strengthen its capacity for tracing, sampling and testing. In addition, timely supplement human, material and medical equipment to cope with the urgent situation caused by the pandemic.

On May 20, 2021, Mr. Nguyen Van Son – Director of Kosy Group’s Urban Area Project Management Unit in Bac Giang, on behalf of Kosy Group, presented an amount of VND 500 million to support Bac Giang province to prevent Covid-19 epidemics through the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

“The 4th wave of Covid-19 returned from April 27 to now has spread widely to nearly 30 provinces and cities, and Bac Giang is the locality that has suffered heavy damage with the largest number of infections and the fastest increase, especially in industrial zones, significantly affecting the economic and social life of the province. As a local business for many years, Kosy Group sincerely shares difficulties with the authorities and people of Bac Giang during this pandemic. We believe that, with the support of the Government and the support of many health agencies and people across the country, with the sense of responsibility and consensus of the government and people of Bac Giang, the province will soon overcome the Covid-19 pandemic and stabilize life”, Mr. Nguyen Van Son shared.

Receiving support, Mr. Tran Cong Thang – Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Giang province acknowledged and thanked the companion of Kosy Group. He also said that this is the meaningful encouragement and cooperation of Kosy Group with the local epidemic prevention.

Then, on the morning of June 9, Mr. Lai Dinh Khang – Deputy Director of the Urban Areas Project Management Department of Kosy Group in Bac Giang, the representative of Kosy Group presented an amount of VND 20 million to support the Covid-19 prevention and control for Xuong Giang ward,  Bac Giang.City.

Donation of VND 500 million to build Tran Khanh Du temple in Ha Nam

On June 6, 2021, Kosy Group donated 500 million VND to support the construction fund of Nhan Hue Vuong Tran Khanh Du temple in Duy Hai ward, Duy Tien town, Ha Nam province.
In order to build a spiritual work of worship and gratitude to General Tran Khanh Du who has made great contributions to the locality, the government of Duy Hai ward, Duy Tien town, Ha Nam has called on enterprises, benefactors and human local people support the temple construction fund.

The Fatherland Front Committee of Duy Hai Ward said that this is a project built with socialized resources, so it will be implemented for a long time, devided into construction items. Immediately after receiving the pioneering funding from Kosy Group, the locality will carry out demolition, site cleaning, contractor selection and pre-construction of the front house. On that basis, the local government will continue to call for community contributions to complete the next items.

We believe that, after being inaugurated, Nhan Hue Vuong Tran Khanh Du Temple will be a cultural and religious space, contributing to enriching the spiritual life of the people in the region as well as preserving the traditional cultural values in the period of integration and development.”

From this very meaningful action, we hope to spread the sense of community responsibility to a large number of other benefactors so that the project has enough resources to be completed soon.”

Donation of tables and chairs to Cai Cung border post, Bac Lieu 

On May 29, 2021, Mr. Kim Hoang Minh Tan, an officer of the Kosy Bac Lieu Wind Power Project Management Board, on behalf of the Board presented the Cai Cung border post, Bac Lieu with meeting tables and 40 chairs.

In the past time, the Cai Cung port border guard station has provided a lot of support to the Kosy Bac Lieu wind power project so that the project’s items can be constructed on schedule, contributing to the local socio-economic development promotion.

Food support for people in Huoi Dry village, Dien Bien

On the morning of May 31, 2021, Mr. Vu Xuan Dong – Deputy PMU of Muong Tung Hydropower Project on behalf of the Committee in collaboration with the Commune People’s Committee presented 52 gifts to support isolated people in Huoi Say village, Muong Tung commune, Muong Cha district, Dien Bien province due to the Covid-19 epidemic.

Huoi Say village, Muong Tung commune is the place most affected by the fourth outbreak in Dien Bien. And Muong Tung commune is also a locality where Kosy Group has just held a ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of Muong Tung hydropower project – with a capacity of 30 MW on May 21, 2021.
