The Gala “Beyond the waves” is a great spiritual gift for the Board of Directors and employees of the Group after the meeting to summarize and set goals for the new year with great determination. An opening surprise for the party was the MV “Nam nay duoc mua” (Year with big achievements) performed by the Group’s Board of Directors and some managers of the acting departments. The message, strategy and plan of the Kosy Group in 2021 are interestingly stylized on the background of vibrant, youthful, extremely humorous and easy-to-touch music.

Year End Party is also welcomed by an art competition with great prizes, among 05 groups of departments, branches, and Project Management Boards of the Group across the country. Within 1 month, since the Organizing Committee launched the art competition, despite the busy year-end and geographical return, the groups still arranged time to exchange, brainstorm ideas and practice with the desire to devote to the program special and meaningful performances.

The nearer the day of the program takes place, the higher training spirit of the teams rose in a very urgent and bustling atmosphere. Short lunch breaks or after work, the 10th floor cafeteria or the 1st floor garage, all become time and space for teams to practice enthusiastically. The team’s sky-high determination is also due to the enthusiastic support of sponsors. They competed to speak too proudly about their team’s sponsorship level, there are teams sponsored up to 5 times the first prize, so everyone is more determined.

At the gala night, the competition’s judges had to have a “headache” when scoring according to each rigorous criteria set forth by the Organizion Committee. The Judges are carefully selected and are fair and impartial to all teams.

Opening the program was a lively, “quality” performance of the business team with a modern dance performance on trendy music called “City Beat Player”. The team of Sales, Customer Care, and Marketing Departments opened inspirationally the contest associated with the Kosy City Beat Thai Nguyen urban area project.

Bringing to the stage a whole spring in the highlands with the colorful Tet market of the northern mountainous ethnic minorities, the team of Technical Department and the Project Management Boards in Lao Cai, Bac Giang, Gia Sang, and Song Cong, Ninh Binh, Ha Nam gave the audience a variety show called “Spring day market”.

With elaborate staging and professional script, the variety show “Kosy North – South Love ” came from the team of the Kosy Bac Lieu Wind Power Project Management Unit, the Kosy Bac Lieu Wind Power Project Management Department, the Wind Power & Solar Power Project Management Department, office in Ho Chi Minh City, the Legal Department and the Communication Department told the audience a touching and humorous love story between Kosy people under the length of the country, with music, drama, and dance. And this is a performance with strong effect on the audience, giving viewers a variety of emotions as well as laughter and endless applause.

The team of Finance Department, Finance and Securities Department, Accounting Department and Internal Control Department surprised the entire audience with their professional performance, elaborate investment and beautiful costumes in the very “chill” melody of the performance “Làm gì phải hốt”.

Ending the Kosy people’s talent shows on the gala night, the New Year’s taste was beautiful, the performance “Khi ở sẽ yêu” is sincere, but still full of laughter by the team of the Hydropower Project Management Department, Nam Pac Hydropower Project Management Board, Hydropower Project Management Unit of Pa Vay Su, Ta Pao Ho, 1A&1B, Investment Department and Human Resources Department.

After a lot of hesitation and “brainstorming” of the judges, the highest victory belonged to the team of the Kosy Bac Lieu Wind Power Project Management Unit, the Kosy Bac Lieu Wind Power Project Management Department, the Wind Power & Solar Power Project Management Department, and the office in Ho Chi Minh City, Legal Department and Communication Department with the variety show “Kosy North – South love”.

The second prize belonged to the joint performance of the Hydropower Project Management Division, the Nam Pac Hydropower Project Management Board, the Hydropower Project Management Board of Pa Vay Su, Ta Pao Ho, 1A&1B, the Investment Department and the Administration and Human Resources Department. The third prize belonged to the performances of the team of Sales, Customer Care, Marketing and Technical Departments and Project Management Units in Lao Cai, Bac Giang, Gia Sang, Song Cong, Ninh Binh, and Ha Nam. The Consolation Prize belongs to the team of the Finance Department, the Finance and Securities Department, the Accounting Department and the Internal Control Board. Interspersed in the gala night are exchange performances from singers and dance groups inside and outside of Kosy. The lucky draw program with prizes up to tens of millions of dong also warmed up the party night atmosphere.

After the contest, the Board of Directors and employees of the Group together raised a glass to congratulate the new year, and wished each other and their families good things, happiness, and exceeded the assigned plan in the new year. Emotions at work are also a hot topic at times, when they settle down with empty glasses of wine. Kosy people from all regions have drawn closer together, blurring the distance.

In the tune of the song “Nối vòng tay lớn”, the Kosy people stood shoulder to shoulder in a train around the audience, affirming the spiritual strength of attachment and solidarity to overcome all challenges. The passionate, adventurous moments with the DJ at the end of the program closed a vibrant, memorable and emotional year-end party. Kosy people officially entered a new working year with enthusiasm, excitement and determination to complete all the set goals and plans.
