On 27.03.2013, a capacity assessment seminar in investment – construction implementation of the company was held by an expert team assisting the Chairperson of the People’s Committee of Bac Giang province. The seminar agreed with the Chairperson’s proposal to assign Kosy JSC as an investment owner for Kosy – Bac Giang urban area project.
