Implementing Kosy – Lao Cai Urban construction project
Under Decision approved by the People’s Committee of Lao Cai Province, Kosy – Lao Cai Urban project has an area of 38ha and a population of about 5,000 people, of which there are 133 villa land lots, 603 adjacent land lot, 43 garden land lots and 265 resettled land lots.

At present, land clearance statistics and compensation are completed for the households in Group 15, Binh Minh ward. Before deploying land clearance for the households in Group 14, on 16/9/2012, a meeting was held to push up land clearance for Kosy – Lao Cai urban area project by the People’s Committee of Binh Minh ward.

Right after the People’s Committee of Lao Cai City’s notification for land acquisition for Kosy - Lao Cai Urban Project in Decision No. 79/TB-UBND on June 7th, 2012, KOSY Joint Stock Company shall collaborated with the compensation and clearance Committee of Lao Cai city to implement the compensation, clearance for Kosy - Lao Cai Urban Project.
